Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new contractors to onboard and lead pre-award meetings to discuss project details and expectations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of new equipment and plant on site to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Review and verify that all subcontractors adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive welcome program to ensure a smooth transition for new personnel.
  • Deliver regular inductions to ensure all contractors are informed and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
