We're seeking a Training & Onboarding Coordinator with retail experience to deliver engaging training and onboarding across our store network. This is a hands-on role where you'll be in stores, building strong connections with new team members, supporting managers, and ensuring our people have the tools and knowledge to shine.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver structured training (online and in-person) on systems, sales, and customer service
  • Support new starters through their first days, ensuring onboarding is smooth and consistent
  • Travel between stores at short notice to provide face-to-face training and support
  • Create and maintain training resources (handbooks, guides, presentations, online modules)
  • Work closely with Store and State Managers to identify training needs and improvements
  • Provide feedback and track training outcomes to continually strengthen our programs
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in retail (essential)
  • Training, onboarding, or learning & development background (generalist welcome)
  • Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Physically able to lift up to 20kgs when assisting in-store
  • Flexibility to travel interstate and occasionally work weekends (most weeks Mon–Fri)
