Senior Business Development Professional

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Professional to strengthen our sales team in the APAC region.

As a self-driven and customer-oriented individual with great problem-solving skills, you will play a key role in identifying customer values early in the sales process and translating this into a winning technical solution that balances technology and cost.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to define sales tactics and implement them accordingly
  • Resolve commercial and tactical issues directly with the sales manager
  • Organize all sales deliverables throughout all sales phases, from pre-bid to handover to the execution team
  • Involve technical experts to develop optimal conceptual designs
  • Take and initiate actions aligned with the sales strategy
  • Manage multiple projects across various sales phases simultaneously
  • Lead an internal sales support team (procurement, planning, concept design, controls)
  • Listen to and analyze customer requirements effectively
  • Ensure all procedural steps are completed on time according to sales process checklists
Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Ownership and responsibility for projects
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, entrepreneurial organization across organizational, geographic, and cultural boundaries
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or similar
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
