Senior Manager, Cloud Solutions Architects

A customer-centric innovator with a passion for driving business growth and cloud adoption is required to lead our ANZ Specialist team in delivering revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing Public Sector customers.


This role will involve managing a team of specialist solution architects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that solve customer problems, and providing technical thought leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience architecting and operating solutions built on cloud service providers, as well as managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of specialist solution architects in developing and deploying sales motions and programs that leverage Field Sales teams and technology and consulting partner channels.
  • Collaborate with the Service and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, release plan.
  • Develop and deploy strategic partnerships and drive top-line revenue through effective interaction at the CxO/VP level, as well as developers and technical architects.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of management experience in technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
