About the Role
As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting innovative automation and robotics solutions to clients.
You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing new business designs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive revenue and profitability. Your strong commercial acumen, coupled with your technical expertise, will enable you to excel in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including end-users, consultants, system integrators, and OEMs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotations and solution recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales or engineering within the automation or industrial solutions sector.
- Strong commercial drive and proven ability to identify opportunities, win new business, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage customers from the shop floor to the C-suite.
- A collaborative team player who thrives on building long-term customer relationships while delivering tailored technical solutions.
