As a Sales Contract Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Australia's infrastructure by driving innovation and growth. This dynamic sales environment requires your skills and experience to support selling systems, solutions, and services across multiple industry verticals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating with customers: Completing contract negotiations within agreed parameters for pricing and risk profiles while adhering to company strategies and policies.
  • Providing commercial, financial, and contractual advice: Assisting Bidding teams with offers and tenders by giving insights on price calculations, terms and conditions, cash flow, risk assessments, and other key topics.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders: Working closely with in-house legal counsel, tendering teams, sales executives, procurement managers, senior management, and the company-wide sales commercial team to ensure seamless operations.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or Commercial/Business Administration, OR significant experience working in a driven sales environment that encompasses contract management and tendering strategies.
  • A high-level understanding of managing technical aspects of contracts and negotiations with third parties.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work within complex corporate guidelines while maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to mediate both internally and externally.
