Job Description

Home Loan Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and building relationships with current and prospective customers in the home lending space.

This role involves:

  • Providing inbound/outbound support about the product during all steps of the customer's journey
  • Assisting with digital loan application processes and underwriting loans
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Completing loan applications, payments, repayments and arrears management, mortgage variations, and acting on fraud alerts

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and proven negotiation experience. They should also be proactive at solving problems and achieving desired outcomes.

Requirements

We are looking for an RG 146 qualified individual with at least 2 years of experience in retail mortgage lending and sales/customer service in a call centre. Knowledge of NCCP, Privacy, Debt Collection, and AML/CTF Acts is essential.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
