About the Role

This isn't just another account management position – it's a front-row seat at the table where Australia's mining productivity battles are fought and won.

You'll be representing our payload solutions in a brand-new facility, giving you a unique chance to grow the business and embed us as the go-to partner for performance, reliability, and uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen relationships with existing clients and unlock new opportunities.
  • Shape strategy and deliver growth by identifying opportunities others miss.
  • Be the trusted advisor: understanding client operations, aligning tailored solutions, and ensuring their loyalty doesn't waver.
  • Lead proposals, pricing, and commercial strategies that deliver both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in mining services, heavy equipment, MEM, or product support.
  • The ability to switch gears effortlessly between technical discussions and negotiations.
  • Grit and charisma to push through resistance and turn clients into lifelong allies.
  • A track record of growth and commercial acumen.
