At Event Hospitality Entertainment Limited, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. As a key member of our team, the Cost Controller plays a vital role in ensuring that our hotel operations are optimised for maximum efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to establish and maintain procedures for timely ordering of products in line with the hotel's financial cycles.
  • Ensure accurate storage, adequate quantities, and par levels are maintained for each item.
  • Negotiate and maintain professional relationships with suitable suppliers.
  • Maintain a competitive quote file for all Hotel products and review this file quarterly.
  • Authorise purchases in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures.
  • Process invoices and check Daily Food & Beverage Tracker Spreadsheet (purchases vs revenue).
  • Analyse weekly bar stocktake and distribute report if required.
  • Organise monthly stock takes and calculate cost of sales for food and beverage products.
  • Perform potential analysis and compare against usage.
