Media Booth is seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team.

We deliver results through tailored digital strategies, focusing on SEO and paid ads.

About the Role:

  • Manage and optimise high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Work with a wide range of local and national clients, leveraging your expertise in data-driven performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Meta Ads: Develop, launch, and optimise campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, researching audiences and crafting compelling creatives.
  • Google Ads: Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping, conducting keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • General Duties: Stay ahead of industry trends, collaborate with internal teams, manage budgets and timelines, and conduct audits and strategy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
