Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to oversee payroll and time management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll, including all payments, deductions, and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave management.
  • Respond to payroll-related enquiries and generate reports as required.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries to support management decision-making and compliance.
  • Contribute to payroll and finance projects, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Keypay software expertise is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Construction EBAs and Awards is strongly preferred.
  • Permanent Residency or Citizenship is mandatory.
  • A flexible work arrangement, including a hybrid structure.
