Job Title: Payroll Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Payroll Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in running end-to-end payroll for at least 350 employees, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation, awards, and taxation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and time management systems, processing end-to-end payroll, maintaining employee records, preparing payroll reconciliations and reports, and assisting with payroll and finance projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum 5 years' experience running end-to-end payroll of at least 350 employees
  • Experience in using KeyPay payroll software is advantageous
  • Sound understanding of relevant legislation, awards, and taxation
  • Confidence in using and auditing payroll and time management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Good organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work well with HR, Finance, and other internal teams
