
Drive Business Growth as a Senior Strategic Manager

This role requires an individual who can drive high-impact strategic projects across functions to determine and implement growth strategies.
In collaboration with senior leadership, you will set the direction and facilitate decision making for all business units and brands to further develop the ANZ cluster business.
You will have exposure to global leadership and be responsible for driving key strategic projects to implementation.
This role reports directly into the Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer for ANZ.
You will be a key partner in shaping the future trajectory of one of the world's fastest-growing food technology companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing data and presenting insights to provide solid recommendations for business growth, supporting complex decision making and execution.
- Defining and leading the annual strategic planning process, collaborating with the ANZ Senior Leadership Team and various stakeholders within the organization.
- Ensuring the execution of strategic priorities by providing transparency of performance versus objectives and timelines, recommending adjustments to the strategic plan as needed.
- Leading cross-functional high-impact projects that drive revenue growth, deliver cost improvements or build strengthen core capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong educational background from a top university, preferably with an MBA or Master's degree in Management or Economics.
- More than 4 years of experience working in a high-performance environment, such as strategy consulting, banking, or food FMCG/retail.
- A proven track record of delivering strategic projects from concept to implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- A structured approach to work, prioritizing effectively and efficiently.
- A 'can-do' attitude, with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively engage with various audiences, including senior leadership, teams, and external stakeholders.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and conscientiousness in dealings with stakeholders.
- Strong influencing, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
