Project Leader Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our organization on the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of Riverina Redevelopment Program (RRP) projects to deliver optimal results while maintaining a Zero Harm environment, cost, and quality delivery as tendered.
  • Contribute to the preparation of operational project budgets and plans in accordance with current business unit/group requirements.
  • Oversee business performance/systems and provide recommendations for business improvement/growth.
  • Assist and undertake contract planning and management of resources required.
  • Examine contract documents and drawings pre-work.
  • Identification and estimation of risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Hold or be able to obtain a government security clearance.
  • A relevant engineering/project management degree with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven engineering experience delivering complex construction projects of medium to large scale.
  • Demonstrated capability gained in a business/project management role at a similar level.
  • Experience in preparation and management of operational budgets and reviewing financial information.
