Construction Tower Assembly Manager

This is a management position within the construction industry that involves overseeing the assembly and erection of towers.
About the ProjectThe HumeLink project entails constructing new high-voltage transmission lines from Wagga Wagga Substation to two new substations in the region, one near Gundagai and another in the Snowy Mountains.
Key Responsibilities- Must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Possesses relevant trade qualifications
- Holds a supervisor certification
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, including negotiation and influencing abilities
- Capable of working independently, prioritising tasks, handling multiple complex responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and adapting to a fast-paced environment
- Has extensive experience in construction quality control or completion
- Familiar with Australian and international standards applicable to the construction industry
- Hold ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor certification
- Possesses trade qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or transmission fields
- Experienced in inspecting final products/services, especially in EPCM projects related to renewable energy/utility companies
