As a key member of our team, the Site Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient use of on-site resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as contributing to the development of work methods and short-term construction programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the contract, specifications, EBA, and safety and environmental regulations;
  • Effectively coordinating and supervising the use of on-site resources to optimize productivity;
  • Contributing to the development of work methods and rolling out short-term construction programs to meet project milestones;
  • Ensuring all workers are properly inducted onto site before commencing work;
  • Complying with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • AQF Certificate III in Construction (or equivalent) and a trade-based certification;
  • Extensive relevant experience in a supervisor capacity, preferably managing self and resources to deliver high-value projects;
  • Demonstrated commercial experience, including planning ahead and monitoring cost and time of resources within area of accountability;
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
