Job Role

We are looking for dedicated professionals who can provide direct care and supervision to young people, develop and implement individualised care plans, and promote a safe and positive living environment. The successful candidate will be able to build trusting relationships with young people, offering emotional support and guidance, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Provide direct care and supervision to young people in a residential setting.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Assist with daily activities, support their understanding of self-care, education, and recreational activities.
  • Promote a safe and positive living environment.
  • Build trusting relationships with young people, offering emotional support and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
