Residential Support Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We're a community that delivers personalized support solutions to children and young people in residential care settings. Our team is passionate about providing direct care, supervision, and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct care and supervision of young people in residential settings.
- Development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Supporting daily activities, education, and recreational pursuits.
- Maintaining a safe and positive living environment.
- Building trusting relationships with young people.
- Accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Working with Children Blue Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Available for full shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers.
- Valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate IV (Community Services, Youth/Social Work).
- Experience working with children or young people.
- Previous experience in support work related fields.
