Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work closely with children, young people, and families to positively impact their lives.

  • This role involves providing direct care within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing home-like environment.
  • Promoting positive family relationships and supporting the development of young people with complex needs is a key aspect of this position.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a positive customer experience is also essential.
Requirements
  • A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • A valid Australian full driver's licence and Australian working rights are necessary for this role.
  • The ability to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check is mandatory.
  • Additionally, a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid, and CPR qualifications are required.
