Life Enabling Support Professional

As a support worker, you will provide direct care and assistance to individuals with varying disabilities, enabling them to live life on their own terms.
The role involves providing personalized support solutions that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
- Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
- A supportive team culture and consistent rosters.
- Wellness initiatives and access to wellbeing apps for 24/7 support.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
- Availability to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers).
- Valid unrestricted driver's license.
- Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings.
- Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care, etc.
