About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Service Manager (RSM) to lead our team at Resthaven on Quarry.
This role is both people-focused and strategically important — you'll be responsible for the overall management and success of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care while also leading staff, managing resources, and driving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading and inspiring a committed care and support team
Driving a culture of respect, compassion, and continuous improvement
Overseeing care governance, resident experience, and compliance with aged care standards
Managing financial performance and ensuring operational efficiency
Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the wider community
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
At least 2 years' management experience in residential aged care
A proven ability to balance care, compliance, and commercial outcomes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, develop, and inspire your team
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for person-centred aged care
Mandatory Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current AHPRA Registration
Full working rights in Australia

Salary up to $150,000k base + 12% Superannuation
