
Strategic Customer Experience Leader

As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with diverse project teams and end-users to deliver a customer-centric experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project priorities to ensure tasks and deliverables proceed according to schedule and are communicated across the organization
- Liaising with stakeholders to drive project outcomes and maintain effective relationships
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A tertiary degree or professional qualification, and/or substantial equivalent experience
- Qualifications in change management, organizational development, or customer experience
- The ability to lead customer experience improvement projects
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the organization
