Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to the customer services team
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation
- Analyze and improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through timely and accurate communication
- Ensure seamless coordination between teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Prior experience as a leader in customer-facing roles
- Skill in building lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, such as Oracle E-Business Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with pressing deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
