Job Description

As a Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for driving a customer-first culture and mindset within the market and omnichannel retail landscape.

You will create real customer value, focus, and inspire every coworker to achieve 100% Happy Customer by constant improvements, innovation, and creativity to provide solutions to meet and exceed customer needs.

You will collect and synthesize consumer, customer, brand data, and internal data to contribute recommendations and inform decisions for FY23 Market business plan.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead, drive, and deliver a customer-first culture and mindset within the market and omnichannel retail landscape.
  2. Create real customer value, focus, and inspire every coworker to achieve 100% Happy Customer by constant improvements, innovation, and creativity to provide solutions to meet and exceed customer needs.
  3. Collect and synthesize consumer, customer, brand data, and internal data to contribute recommendations and inform decisions for FY23 Market business plan.
  4. Provide relevant consumer and customer insights to maximize conversion, increase sales, and improve our Happy Customer score across all of our customer meeting points.
  5. E nsure the building of business competence by supporting managers and team leaders in setting and working on relevant goals and agreed development plans.
  6. Identify and develop the many talents in the unit and within the department to secure succession planning.
About This Role

This role requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven ability to lead teams to achieve successful outcomes. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will have a solid understanding of commercial retail foundations and experience working within a store is advantageous. This role will require you to be available to work a mix of shifts including late nights and weekends.
