Drive Business Growth as a Key Player

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the growth of internal and external finance programs. Their responsibilities encompass collaborating with Brandt sales executives to drive long-term success, developing and implementing finance programs for all product lines, providing guidance and feedback to the Brandt Finance team, and managing Retail Finance Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic finance programs in collaboration with Brandt sales executives.
  • Work closely with the Brandt Finance team to provide insights on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Manage and develop Retail Finance Managers to foster a motivated workforce focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and acquire strategic customers through collaborative efforts with the Brandt Finance and sales teams.
  • Drive sales and market share growth to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in equipment finance-related management roles is essential.
  • Prior experience within the Brandt group is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are crucial.
  • Travel across the Brandt ANZ footprint to strengthen relationships with strategic customers and sales executives.
