Head of Education Systems and Technology

The Head of Education Systems and Technology is the strategic leader driving a function of technology services to enhance Catholic education. This executive role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and supports member dioceses and schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the Education Systems and Technology department.
  • Champion the use of data, applications, and artificial intelligence to support the mission of Catholic education.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the department's management team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of educational technology services from development to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a primary relationship manager for technology matters with senior stakeholders and key vendors.
  • Ensure robust governance, security, and compliance for all departmental systems and services.
About You:

As an experienced and dynamic leader you possess a deep understanding of the K-12 education sector preferably in Catholic or faith-based education. You are a strategic thinker who can translate vision into action aligning technology initiatives with organisational objectives.
