Lead Educational Excellence

This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic direction of pedagogy and quality across educational services. The successful candidate will champion high-quality service delivery, implement innovative practices, and achieve key performance indicators related to education and pedagogy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance educational practice.
  • Create professional learning programs for staff and centre teams.
  • Mentor educational leaders and centre-based teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to inform educational practice through research partnerships and projects.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve portfolio KPIs related to education and pedagogy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education or equivalent ACECQA Recognised Early Childhood Teacher level Qualification.
  • Clear Working With Children clearance.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Extensive senior leadership experience in Early Education and Care.
  • Strong knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Expertise in contemporary pedagogical practices, child development, and theoretical foundations in early childhood education.
  • Experience in evaluating knowledge, analysing data, and formulating improvement strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop, lead, and nurture high-performing teams.
