Senior Learning Director

The Senior Learning Director drives the strategic direction of pedagogy and quality across our services. This role champions high-quality service delivery, implements innovative and evidence-based practices, and achieves portfolio KPIs related to educational practice and pedagogy.

Working closely with the Executive Lead, Children's Services, you will lead quality uplift and embed exceptional educational practices across the organisation. This includes designing and delivering professional learning, mentoring Educational Leaders and centre-based teams, leading research partnerships and projects, and contributing to the development of internal policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering professional learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of educational leaders and centre-based staff.
  • Mentoring and coaching Educational Leaders and centre-based teams to improve their leadership and management capabilities.
  • Leading research partnerships and projects that inform best practice in early childhood education.
  • Contributing to the development of internal policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Education or similar ACECQA Recognised Early Childhood Teacher level Qualification, a cleared Working with Children's Check (WWCC), a valid driver's licence, extensive experience in senior leadership roles, and a strong understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices.
