Job Opportunity:

Strategic Leader for Education Technology

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of educational technology services in a complex, service-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in technology management, who can drive technology services enhancing Catholic education.

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Education Systems and Technology department.
  • Champion the use of data, applications, and AI to support the mission of Catholic education.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the department's management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of educational technology services from development to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a primary relationship manager for technology matters with senior stakeholders and key vendors.
  • Ensure robust governance, security, and compliance for all departmental systems and services.

About You:

An experienced leader with a strong background in technology management, preferably in Catholic or faith-based education. A collaborative leader who can represent the department's capabilities within the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field (a master's degree highly regarded), or substantial equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in budget management, project governance, and vendor relationships.
