BESIX Watpac, a leading Australian construction company with global expertise, is seeking an experienced Senior Document Coordinator to join their NSW team in the Illawara region.

About the Role

This full-time position involves managing the document management system (Aconex) for a large-scale health project in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the building and construction industry or a similar field, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive company safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OH&S legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including materials registers, drawing registers, and project documentation.
  • Control all project documentation using industry-standard systems, ensuring records are kept and administered in accordance with the project QA plan.
  • Assist with quality coordination and document control, preparing reports as required.
Requirements
  • Intermediate level of MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
