About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our NSW team based in the Illawarra region.
This role involves working on a health project in a large collaborative team, managing the document management system (Aconex).
Main Responsibilities
">- Drive compliance with OH&S legislative requirements and maintain a safe workplace at all times.
- Ensure adherence to Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies and procedures.
- Provide general project administration support to the team as required.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing documents, logging, distribution, filing, and archiving of documents and drawings received.
- Control project documentation using industry-standard systems, assisting with QA coordination and document control.
- Prepare monthly reports and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
">The successful candidate will require:
- Previous experience within the building and construction industry or a similar field.
- Basic administrative and secretarial skills, including preparation of correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Intermediate level of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn new software packages as required.
- High organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating a positive approach and outlook.
- Ability to communicate, influence, and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.

Salary Range
">$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
