Senior Change Manager Position Overview

This is a transformative role within the NSW Department of Customer Service, involving end-to-end change management service delivery.

The selected candidate will lead the design and implementation of change initiatives across various programs of work impacting divisions within the Department.

Key responsibilities include delivering end-to-end change, analysing and managing impacts, partnering with stakeholders, developing and implementing change approaches, and creating effective communications.

  • At least five years of experience in leading transformational change initiatives in complex organisational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice change management methods and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to develop professional communications materials.
  • A flexible mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience partnering with project teams to deliver projects and maintain momentum.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
