Your Team

The Change and Business Readiness team supports the delivery of organisational change management and business readiness across projects and other change initiatives. Our focus is on data sharing and analytics to become a 'best in class' digital regulator.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will prepare and coordinate change activities and communications within agreed timeframes. You will be responsible for hands-on delivery of change and communication deliverables associated with projects and other change initiatives.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to support them with business change activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communications. You will monitor the change management and communication deliverables, ensuring all governance requirements are met.

You will work closely with project and change managers to ensure coordination of change and communication activities throughout the full change lifecycle.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary or other qualifications in change management, communications, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work across a wide variety of tasks and processes and get up to speed quickly.
  • Understanding of change and project delivery principles.
