We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in the Rockingham Region. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Help with meal preparation and shopping
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Offer personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Assist with complex care needs, such as dementia

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
