About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Regis Aged Care. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and services to our clients, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as getting up and ready for the day, shopping, and meal preparation
  • Monitor medication and make appointments as needed
  • Keep the home clean, tidy, and safe
  • Provide companionship and support to pursue hobbies and interests
Requirements
  • A warm and caring nature
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Positive and practical attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
