About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Rockingham area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Help with meal preparation and shopping
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Offer personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Assist with complex care needs, such as dementia

What We Look for in a Care Worker

  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • You care about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer
  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role
  • You are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems

Before joining our team, we will be performing a National Police Check/Right to Work, functional fitness assessment on your behalf, as well as confirming evidence of COVID vaccination.
