About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Regis Aged Care Homes. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to residents with their activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care and services.
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting and documentation, adhering to Regis policies and procedures.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring residents and their families feel valued and supported.
  • Interact with residents, families, and friends in a professional and respectful manner.

Requirements

  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) or be currently studying a nursing degree with an Aged Care clinical placement.
  • Previous experience in a personal care role in Aged Care is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
