We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Executive to join our Partner Sales team. As a Territory Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, influencing outcomes, and collaboratively working towards positive financial and customer growth results.
Key Responsibilities- Establish firm relationships with store owners to drive the retention and growth of Optus customers aligning to sales performance criteria.
- Proactively work with partners to lead performance and provide clear and specific feedback to ensure performance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop an impactful team with strong customer focus and building leadership capability within the business achieving sales and conversion targets in the territory.
- Adopt Optus sales process to drive customer advocacy.
- Ensure our partners meets their regulatory compliance obligations including but not limited to AMTA, WHS.
- Implement detailed business plans at a store level with clear success metrics.
