Program Coordinator Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support our Client Service team with planning, executing, and tracking of retail measurement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of our retail measurement initiatives
  • Managing field team inquiries related to our programs
  • Administrative and coordinating tasks - uploading for monthly cycles, loading visits, monitoring timelines and completions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that connects well with people
  • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Brief to intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous experience in a call centre or ordering systems environment is desired
