About the Role

Be part of our fast-paced Greenfields team, responsible for 65% of preconstruction projects across Victoria. This customer-focused role is all about managing the journey from sales acceptance to construction start. You'll coordinate job progress, communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure the experience is seamless and positive.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of Homebuyers Centre or Boutique Homes customers during the preconstruction phase
  • Prepare and deliver contracts within agreed timeframes
  • Coordinate workflows and proactively move jobs forward
  • Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders to align timelines and expectations
  • Navigate challenges with professionalism and positivity
