Senior Spiritual Care Professional

We are seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual care and support to our customers, carers, staff, and volunteers.
- Conduct worship services, devotions, funerals, and other rites of passage.
- Assess spiritual needs and deliver person-centred care initiatives.
- Support and encourage staff and volunteers, document contacts, report activities, and attend team meetings.
This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to care plans that promote the well-being of our clients.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy or pastoral care, demonstrate high Christian spiritual maturity, and be actively involved in a local Church.
They will also have experience working in collaborative settings, be willing to undergo a police check, and have a current 'Working with Children Check'.
The ideal candidate will be committed to growth in the Christian faith, able to recognise spiritual needs, and design, deliver, and evaluate care initiatives.
They will also develop positive relationships, facilitate safe spaces, and treat clients with equity, respect, and dignity.
