Role Overview

This role involves undertaking and assisting with professional property valuations in accordance with legislation and policy. You will participate in a graduate program with rotations across various teams including Rating, Taxing, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations.

  • Gaining exposure to valuing properties throughout NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions
  • Providing valuation support and advice to senior officials and stakeholders
About the Position

We are seeking candidates who possess drive, motivation, and commitment to learning with self-reflection ability. Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Additionally, you should be able to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters.

  • Achieving transparent, objective, timely, and compliant results
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and policies and their application
  • Membership of the Australian Property Institute or eligibility for Associate Membership by end of 2025
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel
Career Advancement Opportunities

The graduate program provides a pathway to qualification as a Valuer and Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute. You will gain experience across diverse valuation functions and have opportunities for ongoing and temporary roles through a recruitment pool.
