We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 200 properties, ensuring timely repairs, maintenance, and arrears management while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property portfolio management
  • Repair and maintenance coordination
  • Arrears management and rent collection
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Property Manager or Property Officer and possess a valid Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, and experience with Rest. Excellent presentation and communication skills are also essential.
