Belle Property Hunter Region is going through a significant growth phase and has exciting opportunities for Sales Professionals to work at either of our Charlestown / Newcastle / East Maitland or Cessnock offices.

You will be part of one of the Top 100 sales teams in Australia and have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in real estate. All whilst enjoying the spoils of our fantastic region - gorgeous beaches and idyllic vineyards are just two of the many benefits to living in our region.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Client and buyer care, attend open homes and conduct inspections

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers

  • Verify, update and maintain a customer database

  • Attend appraisal/listing appointments

  • Manage the end-to-end sales campaign

  • Attend regular coaching and training sessions

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in real estate

  • Have a current Real Estate License and NSW Driver's license

  • Be immaculately presented and well-groomed

  • Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Possess a strong work ethic
