Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
  • Handle maintenance and repair requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with contractors and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Attend Tribunal hearings as required.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio.
  • A current Certificate of Registration.
  • A reliable car and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
