Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior property management professional to lead our team and drive business growth.

As the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management department, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and implement effective systems and procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, including monitoring KPIs and expectations, and addressing escalated issues
  • Develop and implement a training schedule to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
  • Contribute to ongoing strategy and business planning initiatives
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and stay up-to-date with industry and legislative changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior property manager or department head
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Able to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day operational responsibilities
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing change and improvement initiatives
  • Sound knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Real Estate Certificate (minimum) or License preferred
