Pier One Sydney Harbour is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our culinary standards and responsibilities are met, leading kitchen operations, and maintaining exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food and beverage services
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business results and improve customer experience

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role or 3 years related work experience
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- An open-minded personality and ability to think outside the box
