  • Maintain service standards during peak periods.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Commercial cookery qualifications are preferred but not essential.
  • A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
