- Develop and implement new menu ideas, recipes, and presentation styles to enhance the guest experience.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the head chef and sous chef to plan and execute special events and functions.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to Marriott's high standards for quality and cleanliness.
- Trade industry qualification or completion of commercial cookery qualification.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
