About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Product Range Coordinator.

You will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, managing product information, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality products to market.

  • Coordinate product setup and supplier onboarding to ensure accurate data across all channels.
  • Work closely with buyers and cross-functional teams to maintain product integrity, stock flow, and content readiness.
  • Support campaign planning and promotions by collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams to drive visibility and conversion.
  • Analyze sales, margin, and performance data to inform future business decisions.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in retail or e-commerce buying.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables required).
  • Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital workflows.
  • Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Prior experience with product management or similar roles is highly desirable.
